I headed over to Lee, Andrew, Aaron and Katie who were all seated around the a table at the arena the following afternoon, with a plate of food. I put my plate down on the table, in the empty spot besides Lee and took a seat.
"Have you talked to Siobhan yet?" Lee asked, as he put down his water bottle after taking a sip.
"Nope. I already told you that I am not talking to her. I tried already adn whenever I am nice to her it bites me in the ass." I said, not looking from my plate.
I haven't spoken a word to her since last night, not even on the bus ride over here. We were all in the same room talking, but wouldn't adress one another. I honestly didn't care anymore and I was ready to move on with it. We didn't get along and we never will. It was time to just move on with life, because we were way too different to get along and in all honestly I didn't want somebody so negative in my life. I was happy with the group of friends that I had here and I know she was happy with the group of friends she had, eventhough they are the same friends.
Lee rolled his eyes and draped his arm around the back of my chair.
"Do you know that Aaron told me he has never played a real game of truth or dare!" Katie said.
"What do you mean by real game?" I asked.
"Like real dares." Katie smiled.
"You never played truth of dare, Aaron?" Lee asked, leaning foreward and looking at Aaron.
"Nope." He shook his head.
"We are going to have to do this one night! All ten of us." Andrew said.
"You guys gotta keep it clean though." I warned them.
"You act like I am some kind of pervert or something." Lee grinned.
"When all you boys get together you are." I said, "Everyone has to keep their clothes on."
"I had to streak on a dare once." Lee told us, as he leaned back in his chair. "Everything was hanging out. I didn't really care because I was under the influence of alcohol and other things that I am not allowed to mention, because Aaron's just a little boy and Maris doesn't like to hear about it."
I rolled my eyes and took a bite of my sandwich as Andrew let out a laugh and Lee joined in.
I was know dummy and I knew Lee had a past. I knew he was more of a party boy in high school and liked to have fun. I know that he drinks and I know that he has experimented with drugs, only pot. I just didn't like hearing about it. It wasn't the drinking that got to me as much as the smoking pot. I know he doesn't do it anymore, but I still didn't like it. Drugs have never been my thing.
Lee got in a lot of trouble in high school and ended up being sent to a alternate school, because he fought some kid in his high school. He ended up dropping out of high school his senior year to focus on music. He doesn't really talk about it much, but he has told me. He had a spurt where he was a punkass kid, but it's the complete opposite of who he is now. I can't even picture him hurting a fly.
"Aaron, you coming with us to get a tattoo?" Lee asked.
"When are you guys getting tattoos?" Katie asked.
"I don't know, but soon." Lee smiled.
"Aaron is not getting a tattoo." I said, wrapping my arms around Aaron's neck. "He's just a baby and too presh for that!"
"You're one to talk. You have two." Andrew said.
"Yes, but I am an adult." I smiled.
I have two tattoos one on my inner wrist and one on my foot and I was sure that I would eventually get another one, which would be my last.
I had
flowers on my foot and I got it as soon as I turned eighteen, so I didn't need my parents permisson. There was no real reason behind it. I just thought it was pretty and I know I will probably regret it when I get older, but I am young and stupid and I love it. My parents almost killed me, but they are over it.
I also had
"Let It Be" written on my inner wrist and I got that done when I was on Idol with Big Mike, Lee, and Siobhan. We all wanted to go out and get tattoos and that was the thing I kept telling myself week after week was to just let it be and things will fall into place. It's one of my favorite songs ever and I decided to get the tattoo.
"I think I will skip out on the tattoo for now." Aaron smiled.
"Yeah, his mom will kill you!" I grinned.
"Angie loves me!" Lee smiled.
Like Katie, since Aaron is underage his mom is on tour with us. Most people would think it would be a buzz kill having a mom on the tour with us, but she is amazing and like a second mom to all of us and we love having her around. She's always there for us.
"Are you going to come and get another tattoo?" Lee asked me.
"When are you all going?" I asked.
"Probably when we get back to Los Angeles of Chicago, one of those tour stops." Andrew said.
"Talk to me then. Those dates aren't for another two monthes." I laughed.
"Guys, you need to check this out!" Tim said, walking over holding his laptop.
He put it down in front of me and my eyes widened as I saw a candid shot of Lee and me, kissing. It wasn't a professional, paparazzi shot, but more like one a fan took. We were standing outside the buses and someone snapped a innocent picture of Lee kissing me.
"Where did you find this, creep?" Lee asked.
"On Perez Hilton loser! You think I stalk pictures of you and Maris kissing?" Tim asked.
"I don't know what you do." Lee teased.
"I guess it's out there now." I sighed.
"Good, now I can make out with you in public." Lee winked at me, "Tounge and all!"
I smiled and reached up, brushing his hair out of his face and kissing his lips quickly.
"So, do we confirm or deny?" I asked.
"Confirm. I have no shame admitting that we are together. If the topic came up before these pictures showed up and I was asked about us, I would tell the the truth. I'm not ashamed." Lee shrugged.
"That is so weird! Take it away, Timmy. I do not wanna see me kissing." I cringed.
"I think we look pretty good! Next time maybe you can grab my butt or I can grab yours, to make it look more intense." Lee said.
"And you're not a perv?" I laughed.
"You're my girlfriend I get a free pass to be pervy towards you."
"That doesn't even make sense." Katie laughed.
"Is our love life really that interesting?" I asked.
"If only they knew that is as far as I have gotten." Lee joked.
"Don't even start. I'm not in the mood." I snapped.
"Did I take it too far?" Lee asked.
"Just a bit." I smiled.
"Why do you put up with his crap?" Andrew laughed and Lee smiled, "Christine would have kicked my ass by now."
"He's endearing in a strange way." I laughed.
---------
"You better keep your hands off Lee."
I glanced up in the crowd of people, who I was signing stuff for and saw a girl who looked to be about early twenties, late teens staring at me. I ignored her comment and kept signing for the little girl and boy who were in front of me wearing tee-shirts for me. The dad was holding the little boy, so he could see better.
"Can I read your shirt?" I asked the little boy, who couldn't be much more then five.
"Yeah." He nodded shyly.
"Damaris, will you go to Prom 2022 with me?" I read his shirt and laughed, "Oh my gosh! I am going to be a old lady by then! That's tweleve years away."
"He has the biggest crush on you." His mom shook her head.
"I will love to go to prom with you! You better not go and find another girl to take." I smiled, "Can I get a hug?"
He nodded and leaned foreward and I gave him a hug.
"Don't forget about me! I never went to my prom, so you better save a date for me." I smiled, as I let go of him.
"Okay." He said shyly.
"You're too cute! Enjoy the show."
I moved down the line and continued to sign and answer questions that were thrown at me.
"Lee is mine, so you better watch out!" The girl shot out at me again.
Wasn't she a little too old to be acting this way? I mean you can have a crush on a celebrity, but to act that way at the age she is is a bit scary! If she was thriteen I would understand, not twenty.
"Lee, should be coming out soon so if you wanna gtalk to him you can." I smiled a her.
"I'm just saying you better watch out! Some Lee fans aren't too pleased with you making out with him in public!" She scoffed.
"That's enough! We can't have you sitting here and insulting the contestants. If you don't stop I am going to have to ask you to leave." Adam, the security guard who was walking with me told her. "It's people like you who ruin the fun things that they do."
"I'm just telling her how we feel." She answered.
"It's enough! There are kids around and it's not the place." He answered.
I was beginning to think this whole dating thing was going to be a disaster and that all Lee fans would hate me for dating their crushes.
"Don't listen to the haters! We love you guys together!" A teenage girl in a Lee shirt said.
"Thanks!" I smiled.
"You guys are the cutest couple ever!" Her friend, who was wearing a shirt with my name written in puffy paint added.
"You girls are too cute!" I laughed.
"Can you just answer a question for me?" The Lee fan asked.
"I can try." I smiled.
"Is Lee a good kisser?"
I laughed and I could feel my face turning bright red and heating up.
"I'm not complaining." I smirked.
It's sad how the younger ones are more mature in this situation.
