Just a little filler before I go to class.



It was a few days later and we were in Philadelphia and it just happened to be my twenty first birthday. We had a show tonight and a off day tomorrow, so after the show we were all going out for a nice dinner. Even though it was going to be midnight, but we were in Philly and a nice Italian restuarant was staying opened just for us. Tomorrow we were going to actually go out to some karaoke bar when we got to Connecticut.

We were all at the arena and I was sitting around with Katie and Didi. I was strumming on my guitar and singing The Script's Breakeven.

"Aw!" Katie squealed, as he looked over my shoulder and towards the doorway.

I stopped singing and turned around seeing Lee walk in, holding a vase of orange and pink gerbera daisies and a birthday balloon. I smiled and stood up and walked over to him.

"I have something else for you, but I am waiting until dinner to give you the real gift." Lee said, as he handed me the vase of flowers, "Happy birthday!"

"They are so pretty! That is so sweet of you." I wrapped my free arm around his neck and stood on my toes and kissed him, "They are my favorite flowers too! You listen talk. I would have never guessed that you actually pay attention to me."

"I surprise a lot of people. I did good with them though?" Lee asked.

"You did perfect!" I smiled, "Thank you so much!"

"There is still more tonight and I don't mean that in a perverted way." Lee smirked and I laughed, "Do you all wanna come into the other room?"

I put the vase of flowers down on the table and Lee took my hand in his and led me out of the room. Katie and Didi were follwoing close behind us, and I knew something was up. All the guys wouldn't allow me to come into the room all morning and I knew they were using Katie and Didi to distract me and they were all in on something.

Lee opened the door and I smiled when everyone screamed surprise, eventhough I was expecting something like this. They deocrated the place and had a bunch of food and a cake laid out on the table. All the Idols, band members, stage hands, security guards, and bus drivers were here. It was our whole Idol family.

"Oh my gosh!" I laughed.

"Did you honestly think we wouldn't celebrate your birthday?" Tim asked.

"I just figured we would do dinner tonight and go out tomorrow night." I answered, smiling. "Thank you guys so much! You all are the best!"

"Let's break into this cake!" Casey said, walking over to the table.

"Katie and Didi decorated the cake, but Andrew and I actually made it. Blood, sweat, tears, and a little bit of love were added into it." Lee joked.

"I am sure it's a delicious cake." I placed my hand on his back. "Thank you so much for everything. You have put up with so much from me. You are honestly the most amazing boyfriend a girl could have and I am so lucky. Thank you so much, baby."

"You're pretty amazing too." Lee smiled.

"Alright enough whispering lovey dovey things to one another and get your booties over here so we can sing Happy Birthday and cut the cake." Casey yelled, from the table where everyone was crowded around.

"We're wanted." I smiled.

"Cause a party doesn't start without this guy right here!" Lee said, pointing to himself.

"Totally killed the moment."

"I think I am ready." I said to Katie, as we stood in the corner of the room talking to one another.

"Ready?" Katie asked, raising her eyebrows.

"To go further with Lee." I said in a whisper as I looked down at the floor, nervously.

"You mean seal the deal?" She laughed.

"I wouldn't call it sealing the deal. I think of sex as something more then just two people doing it, if that makes any sense at all." I looked at her, "I love Lee and I think he feels the same way about me, actually I know he does. I know he isn't going to just use me for some booty and kick me to the curb."

"He would never do that." Katie said.

"I'm just nervous about it. I'm not really experienced in that area and I know for a fact that he is." I said, biting my bottom lip. "Gosh! Sex talk is so awkward."

"Lee has gone this far without trying to get in your pants, so I am sure he is willing to teach you in that field." Katie said, sounding just as awkward as I just did. "I'm trying to find the correct words to use here. You are right this is really an awkward thing to talk about."

"It makes me nervous and uncomfortable." I sighed.

"Just think you guys do it and it will be like a birthday present for you in more ways then one." Katie smiled and I could feel my cheeks heat up.

"Oh my gosh!" I laughed, "How do I just come out and tell him that I want to have sex with him?"

"Just tell him."

"What am I supposed to say? Hey Lee, I am ready to get it on with you!" I said sarcastically.

"He's your boyfriend, you should be able to talk to him about this kinda stuff." Katie shrugged.

"Why am I so awkward?" I asked.

"Hey! What are you girls talking about?" Lee asked, as he approached up and draped his arm causally around my shoulder.

"Um. Nothing." I blurted out.

"You alright?" Lee questioned.

"Um. Fine. Perfect!" I nodded.

After the show that night we all gathered into a local restaurant for dinner. The show was amazing and I got so many gifts from the fans, everything from scrapbooks, birthday crowns, jewelry, everything you could imagine and after the group number the rest of the contestants had the whole arena sing happy birthday to me. Most people get wasted on their 21st birthday, but this beat getting wasted and partying.

It was an awesome dinner and a great time just spending the night with all of us together, with nod drama. I just had to stay away from Siobhan so that no drama would arise.

I was talking to Mike and Casey, when Lee made his way over to us and placed his hand on my shoulder, before bending down so he was at eye level with me.

"Sorry to interuppt." Lee apologized.

"Well you did asshole, so go away!" Mike smacked him and laughed.

"Can I borrow her for a second?" Lee laughed.

"As long as you don't try anything with her." Mike gave him a look, "You may be my friend, but she's like my sister and if you do anything to her I have no problem kicking you ass, rockstar."

"I am nothing but a gentleman." Lee smirked and stood up, before taking my hand and helping me out of my seat.

I followed him out of the restaurant and he led me down the street, not saying a word as he walked hand in hand with me.

"Where are we going?" I asked.

"You'll see." Lee squeezed my hand.

"Babe, I'm not big on surprises! You know how much I hate them." I groaned and I saw a smile spread across his lips, "It's not funny. It's my birthday and you should be nice to me."

He continued to be quiet as he led me into a park and over to a blanket that was spread out on the grass with candles lit all around it. I spotted his guitar resting on the blanket and a smile spread across my face, as I looked up at him and he had a nervous expression on his face.

"You did this for me?" I asked.

"Yeah." Lee nodded and shoved his hands in the pockets of his jeans, "I had a little bit of help from Mike, Andrew, and Ryan with distracting you at dinner, so that I could come here and get everything set up. Then Ray watched it to make sure nobody stole my crap. He comes in handy when he's not screaming at me."

"He's not here now , is he?" I looked around the empty park and heard Lee laugh.

"It's just us."

I smiled and leaned up kissing him, before sitting down on the blanket and kicking off my heels and tossing them to the side as Lee took a seat next to me on the blanket.

"I actually wanted to bring you out here for a reason, because I wanted to do it in private and not worry about someone ruining the moment." Lee said.

"More surprises." I grinned.

"I'm not sure how great these are." Lee laughed, "I'm sorry if this is all turning out to be cliche and cheesy, but there isn't much I could do since we are on tour and I really wanted to make this a special birthday for you."

"It's been amazing and I like the cheesy romantic side of you every once in a while." I leaned closer to him.

"I have never been happier in a relationship then I am with you. We are so different, but I never thought I would find someone who is so perfect for me. I liked you ever since the show and I was in denial about it, because of Ashley. I mean these feelings are so strong for you and I know that this is different then anything I have ever done."

"Yeah." I nodded.

"Maris, I love you and I have loved you for a while now and just got the balls to tell you! If you wanna run away scared, go ahead, but I couldn't keep these feelings inside anymore." Lee rambled and I brought my finger to his lips and laughed softly.

"I love you so much." I whispered, "I have never had a guy put up with so much and do anything to make me happy."

Lee dug into his pocket and pulled out a small black box and my eyes widened.

No way! It was way too early for any of this. I loved him, but a propsal would be way too soon. Can we please date atleast a half of year before he does this. Oh my gosh. I feel like I am going to be sick.

"This isn't what you think it is, don't panic." Lee laughed, and I let out a sigh of relief. "You don't wanna marry me?"

"Not yet." I laughed.

"I feel the same way, which is why I bought you this instead." He opened the box and revealed a diamond ring. "This is a promise ring and I want you to wear it all the time and just know that this is my promise to you, that I will never hurt you and will always love you."

"Lee." I smiled.

"Too much?" He asked.

"It's perfect and you're perfect!" I leaned in and kissed him as he slid the ring on my right ring finger, I broke away from the kiss and rested my forehead against his. "Lee."

"Yeah?" He asked, running his hand down my arm.

"I'm ready." I blurted out.

"You're ready for what?" Lee asked, pulling away from me.

"To take the next step in our relationship."

"Are you sure?" Lee asked, sounding nervous.

Don't know why playboy over here was nervous.

"Positive. You promised me you would never hurt me and that you will always love me. I love you to death and that is all I wanted was to be with the man that I love and I am more then ready to be with you."

"Um. Wh..When?" He stuttered.

"Now?" I asked.

"No." He shook his head and moved further away from me.

"What?" I scoffed.

"I'm not letting out first time be a quickie on tourbus, in the middle of Philly and hurrying up before the other get on the bus. I'm not going to let that be how it goes down." Lee shook his head and I nodded, biting my bottom lip, "Tomorrow night we will have a special night in."

"Are we supposed to plan this whole thing out?" I gave him a weird look.

"We can do whatever we want." He laughed softly, "I just want to make sure it's perfect for you and that you are really okay with this. I don't want you to feel pressured by anyone, because as hard as it is to wait and just make out, I am okay with waiting for you."

"I want this, but you are right. I don't want it on the tourbus, those bunks are too small for one person. Imagine us two in there." I laughed and leaned back into him, "One of the reasons I love you is because most guys would have jumped at the opportunity to bed some girl in the bunk of a tourbus, but you care about me enough."

"Cause I know that isn't how you want it to go down, well not our first time anyway." Lee smiled and brushed a piece of hair out of my face.

"Who knows if there will be a second time?" I grinned, "I may just use you for some action and kick you to the curb. It's all part of my master plan."

"I'll be your booty call if you want."

"Are you gonna sing for me?" I asked.

"No." Lee shook his head.

"Then why is your guitar here?"

"I bring that baby everywhere with me. I'm not singing for you." He teased, as he reached behind him and grabbed the guitar.

"You better."

"What song?" Lee asked, resting the guitar in his lap.

"I think you should have had a song picked out."

"I only take requests. I planned all of this, give me some credit." Lee laughed.

"You know what song I want you to sing." I told him.

"Sex on Fire by Kings of Leon?" Lee asked.

"Shut up!" I laughed, pushing him away.

"I'm not singing the one you want me too. No way!" Lee shook his head and started strumming some random chords on his guitar. "That was my least favorite performance I have ever given and I am not singing that song again if I don't have too. I don't wanna relive that."

"I love that song and it's my favorite, besides you sounded really sexy when you sang it." I smirked.

"Only cause it's your birthday and you called me sexy." Lee winked.

"It kinda relates to us too." I told him.

"Feel free to join in and sing since it's your favorite sing ever!" Lee smiled, as he started to play the opening chords.

"I'll just be serenaded for now."

He started singing Shania Twain's "You're Still The One". It was one of my favorite songs ever and when he sang it on Idol I made it a point to tell him how much I loved the song. It wasn't his best performance, but the guy could sing the phone book and I'd die a little bit.

When he finished the song I smiled and grabbed the guitar out of his hands, before leaning over and brushing my lips against his. I grabbed onto the collar of his shirt and leaned back, until I was laying on the blanket. I ran my hand up his face and through his hair as he deepened the kiss and laid down and ran his hand down my side. I pulled away from his lips and kissed along his jawline and down his neck.

"I never thought I would say this to a girl, but we need to slow this down." Lee said, pulling away from me.

"Yeah." I nodded. "Tomorrow though."

"You better make it worth this. I've been taking a lot of cold showers." Lee laughed.

"No pressure." I kissed him once more, "Thanks for the best birthday."

We arrived in Connecticut early the next morning and did our usual head to the hotel routine. We had the day off and were going out tonight.I was in the room with Katie, getting ready for tonight. We were all heading out to a karaoke bar to just have some fun and as the guys put it "celebrate my 21st the real way". We found a place that allowed Katie, Ryan, Tim, Siobhan, and Aaron in even though they were underage and Aaron's mom was going to be there with us.

[/url] and my hair and make up done. Lee was sitting on my bed, talking to Katie as she was looking in the mirror and curling her hair.

"Showing some leg there tonight, are we?" Katie smiled in my direction.

"Too much?" I asked.

"Damn. Not leaving much to the imagination there." Lee scoffed.

"Okay. I will go and change than."

"No! Lee quite being such a prude and let her dress the way she wants, she looks hot and you know it!" Katie waved her hand in his direction, as if to tell him to shut up.

"Exactly! She looks hot, which means other guys are going to be looking at her and that means I am going to have to kick some ass." Lee said.

"Guys look at her already." Katie laughed.

"Yeah, but she isn't leaving much to teh imaginination. If she bends down, everything will be hanging out." Lee said, and then looked back at me. "Why don't you wear one of those cute sundresses you always wear? I love those."

"You guys are talking like I am not standing here." I rolled my eyes.

"I mean you look hot, don't get me wrong and I wouldn't mind if you were just wearing that for me, but I don't want all the pervy men staring at you like you are some piece of meat." Lee shrugged.

"This is nothing worse then you wearing you tight ass tee-shirts and showing off all your tattoos and having all the girls scream and squeal as they look at your 'gorgeous, buff, tatted up arms'." I smirked.

"There is a big difference! I'm not showing off my whoo-ha."

"Whoo-ha." Katie repeated and I bit my bottom lip to keep me from laughing, because quite frankly he was serious.

"I hope you don't have a whoo-ha." I made a face.

"You know what I mean." Lee rolled his eyes.

I smiled and leaned down kissing him, placing my hand on the back of his head. I felt his hand rest on my back and pull me in closer to him. I pulled back after a few seconds and placed my hand on his cheek and looked down at him, before standing up and straightening out my dress.

"Relax." I smiled. "If you want me to change I will, but I am not going to be paying attention to any other guy but you."

"Sorry, sometimes the protective side comes out in me. I have two sisters and the thought of guys looking at girls like they are a piece of meat disgusts me." Lee explained.

"It's cute that you care."

"You look good though." Lee wrapped his arm around my waist and pulled me towards him so I was standing between.

"Are you just saying that?" I asked.

"No. Any straight guy would think you look hot." He smiled up and me and I leaned down kissing his forehead, "I love you."

"I love you too." I ran my hands through his hair.

"Alright, I am going to do my make up while you two make babies or whatever you are doing." Katie said, as she picked up her make up bag and headed into the bathroom, "Just tell me if you guys are going to be naked or something, because I don't really want to see that."

"Everyone thinks we just do it wherever." I laughed, looking down at Lee as I placed my hand on his shoulders.

"If only they knew that I haven't gotten it in yet."

"Don't be gross." I rolled my eyes.

"Are you ready for some DeWyze loving tonight?" He hugged me tighter.

"Shut up." I laughed.

I was actually nervous as anything to have sex with Lee. He knows what he is doing and quite frankly I do not. I have been with one guy in my life and it wasn't by choice at all and something that I don't really want to relive. Lee on the other hand had has his fair share of the ladies and it made me nervous. What if I sucked? I'd be mortified.

"If you're not ready, you don't have to do this." Lee said.

"I want too." I gave him a small smile.

"If you are ever uncomfortable, just let me know." Lee said and I nodded.

I give Lee credit, because he has been paitent and continues to be. Most guys would do anything to get into a girls pants, but he has done the complete opposite.

We were at the karaoke bar later that night and we have been there for a few hours and had sung a few songs for fun as a group. I was feeling a little buzzed, but nothing too crazy and we were all just having a fun time together.

I walked out of the bathroom and started to walk over to Lee, who was sitting at the bar with Andrew. I made my way over and he smiled when he saw me and wrapped his arm around my waist, pulling me onto his lap. I wrapped my arm around his neck and leaned in kissing him when I smelled something on him.

"Did you smoke?" I asked, pulling back before his lips pressed against mine.

"Yeah, I just had a cigarette." He said.

"No. You smell like pot." I whispered as I stood up, "Lee, tell me the truth."

"I didn't smoke anything." Lee said.

"I'm not stupid. Where the hell did you get it and why the hell would you do that?"

"I had some from when everyone came here to visit and I just did it beause I needed to just relax. I've been so stressed out with everything."

"How stupid can you be?" I snapped.

"I don't do it anymore. Tonight was the first time in years and I know it was stupid, but I just needed to escape for a little while and it's just a little pot, not cocaine."

"It's illegal and friggen stupid!"

"Don't be mad." He grabbed my hand and I snatched it away quickly.

"I'm so pissed off at you right now! I don't even want to look at you, because I am going to say something I really regret!"

"I think you are overreacting a bit." Lee said, "Not all of us are goody goods like you!"

"Don't even turn this against me! I'm not the idiot risking my career to smoke pot so that I could feel better." I lowered my voice, so people wouldn't here. "I understand you did this sh!t when you were younger, but you have a image to hold and kids that look up to you! You're being a idiot right now."

"Sorry we can't all be pefect like you." Lee scoffed.

"I'm far from perfect and I will be the first one to admit that." I told him.

"You're right! You are far from perfect. Any girl who stays in a relationship where a guy kicks her ass everyday has some serious issues!" Lee snapped.

My jaw dropped in shock as he used that against me and I brought my hand up and smacked him across the face. Hard. I didn't even think about it, it just happened. He pissed me off so badly and used something against me that I never thought he would. He was drunk and probably still high, but that doesn't make it right.

"Sh!t Maris!" Lee said, placing his hand over his cheek.

"Don't you ever, ever use that against me! You're a piece of sh!t, Lee!" I yelled at him.

"What the hell?" Andrew said.

"That was a low blow, Lee! I cannot believe you would ever use that against me. That's so screwed up."

"Just go away." Lee said.

"What's sad is you can't even admit that you were wrong."

"Just leave!" Lee yelled.

"Thanks for making this night, hell. I appreciate it."

That was a completely different side of Lee that I never saw. I don't even know what to do.[/center]

"Okay, we are almost there." Katie said, as she wrapped her arm around my waist and guided me off the hotel elevator, Didi following close behind as he carried my shoes and purse, "You are a absolute mess tonight! Why did you drink so much, my goodness."

After the fight with Lee, he stormed out and left the place and I went and drank my feelings away. I took shot after shot and drank drinks that were being thrown at me left and right. Everyone tried cutting me off, but I was being stubborn and pissed off about the whole Lee thing that I just drank and drank, until I got to the point where I could hardly walk.

"Oh my gosh! Pull down her dress, she is giving everybody a show!" Didi said, as she pulled down my dress that was riding up.

"I love you guys so much! You are my best friends ever and I don't need that stupid boy who says mean things to me!" I slurred as I dropped my arm from around Katie's neck and stumbled, "I am better than that right? I don't deserve to be talked to like that! He's a butthead!"

"Oh honey, you are such a mess right now!" Didi sighed, as she grabbed my arm.

"Happy 21st birthday to me!" I said in a sing song voice, "I was supposed to get laid tonight, but that loser ruined all of that!"

"Oh my gosh! I don't wanna hear about that." Katie made a face and glanced over at Didi, "They actually set a date for that? Is that normal?"

"Is carrying our drunk friend up to the room, after she slapped her boyfriend and flashed all of the hotel guest normal?" Didi questioned and Katie laughed, "We are one big dysfunctional family."

"We are sisters." I mumbled, as I stopped walking and slid down onto the ground. "I'm so tired! Can I just sleep right here? I don't wanna walk anymore and everything is spinning and there are two Katie's!"

"We're almost to the room. Come on Mar." Katie said, reaching out and grabbing my hand.

"I really wish there were two Katie's and two Didi's. I would have four best friends who are the same people and we would have so much fun together. Can I get another Katie in replace for the real Lee? He's mean and I don't like the things he said to me today. They were mean, right?" I rambled.

"Let's go Maris." Didi said, grabbing my other hand and pulling me up.

I unsteadily stood up and stumbled down the hall to the room. Katie unlocked the door and Didi led me into the room. I stumbled over to my bed and collasped on it, not even bothering to change out of my clothes. I buried my face into my pillow and started sobbing.

"What is going on with you?" Katie asked.

"I want Lee here." I sobbed.

"You were just saying how you hated him and wanted to replace him." Didi said and I heard Katie laugh softly.

"I want him here. I'm scared and drunk and I love him and he will make me feel better." I continued to cry.

"Okay, I will go and get him for you." Didi sighed and looked down at me, "Why don't you change into some pajamas. Katie will help you."

I nodded and clumsily sat up, pulling my dress over my head and throwing it on the floor. I sat on my bed clad only in my black bra and underwear, as Katie dug through my suitcase to pull out some pajamas for me.

"Katie." I said.

"What?"

"I think I am going to be sick."

"Oh my gosh! Bathroom now! Come on!" Katie grabbed my arm and pulled me into the bathroom.

I leaned over the toilet and it bubbled up within me. All the alcohol that I had cosumed throughout the night was being released. Katie reached over and grabbed my hair, pulling it off my face and looking the opposite direction as I continued to detox my body from all the alcohol for the next few minutes.

I sat down on the bathroom floor and Katie flushed the toilet before she grabbed a washcloth off the sink and wet it, before wiping my face down. I started crying again and Katie sat down next to me, wrapping her arm around my shoulder.

"I'm scared and just want Lee here."

"He's on his way."

Right then I heard the door open and Lee came walking into the bathroom, looking like he just woke up. His hair was a mess and his eyes weren't fully awake yet.

"What the hell?" He mumbled.

"She's a wreck and is crying for you." Katie said, standing up and handing my clothes that were in her hands to Lee.

"Damaris." Lee said softly, as he bent down in front of me.

"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have hit you." I mumbled, laying my head against the bath tub.

"We'll talk in the morning. Let's get some clothes on you and then get you into bed." Lee mumbled, as he pulled me up and slid a tee-shirt over my head.

I wrapped my arm around his waist and stood there as he held onto me so I wouldn't fall over. I slid back onto the floor and buried my face in my hands. I heard Lee sigh and he grabbed my hand in his. I looked up at him and laid my head on the tub again.

"The room is spinning and I don't want to stand up anymore. I can sleep in here." I mumbled, closing my eyes and curling up into a ball.

I felt Lee pull me up off the ground and lift me in his arms. I rested my head on his shoulder and wrapped my arms around his neck as he carried me out of the room. Katie rushed over to my bed and pulled down the covers as Lee laid me down. I curled up into a ball and Lee pulled the covers over me.

"I'm sorry we woke you up, but she was crying for you. I know you guys aren't in the best place right now, but you were the only person who could get her to calm down." Katie apologized.

"I'm glad you came and got me. I think we both said and did some things tonight that we didn't mean, but I still love her and worry about her. We do have a lot to discuss tomorrow though." Lee mumbled, as he sat on the edge of my bed and rubbed my back in slow circles.

"I heard everything." Katie said.

"I was a friggen idiot." Lee said.

"You did some stupid things tonight, but we all do stupid things. You guys will be okay, she obviously wouldn't want you here if she hated you."

"I wish I stayed there to make sure she didn't get like this." Lee sighed.

"She wasn't listening to me at all and I doubt she would listen to you! Didi and I tried cutting her back, but she somehow got more drinks."

"Damaris, you are going to regret this in the morning." Lee sighed.

"Lee." I whispered, reaching out for him.

"What?"

"Stay here. Don't leave."

"I'm not going anywhere." Lee assured me, "Do you mind if I stay here?"

"If it keeps her quiet and if you take care of the vomit then be my guest." Katie laughed softly.

"I'll take care of her tonight." Lee said, "It's kinda weird being on the other side. Usually I was the one who was drunk off my ass and throwing up."

I heard Katie laugh and Lee walked over to the other side of the bed, kicking off his shoes and sliding under the covers next to me. He reached out and ran his hand through my hair.

"I'm still mad at you." I closed my eyes.

"Okay." Lee nodded.

"We can have angry sex with eachother if you want." I said, sitting up and attempting to pull off my tee-shirt.

"No. No! Lay back down." Lee grabbed my hand, pulling it away from the hem of my tee-shirt.

"She is one horny drunk." Katie snickered.

"This is going to be a long night." Lee sighed, and sat up, helping me lay back down.

I groaned and rolled over as the sun shined through the window. My head was pounding and I couldn't remember anything that had happened last night. My memory stopped after the fight with Lee and I remember some buff, tool sending Didi and me shots and me downing both of them.

I rolled over and felt a warm, hard body next to me. I opened y eyes quickly and my jaw dropped when I saw Lee asleep next to me. I immediatly, looked under the covers and let out a deep breath finding that we were both dressed and Katie was still in the room, so nothing happened. I still don't know why he was in my bed.

"How ya feeling?" I heard Lee ask groggily.

I turned my head and look at him.

"My head is pounding and I feel like I am going to throw up any minute now." I answered.

"You were a mess last night and threw up three times." Lee smirked, brushing my hair out of my face.

"Why are you here?"

"You were crying to Katie and Didi for me and you wouldn't let me leave." Lee laughed softly, "You tried taking advantage of me too. You wanted to have angry sex with me, your words not mine."

"Oh my gosh!" I covered my face with my hand.

"I have to say you were kinda annoying, but cute. You were very lady like as you threw up too. You actually hit the toilet, which was so surprising cause you couldn't even walk."

"I'm so sorry." I apologized.

"I am glad they came and got me."

I gave him a small smile and sat up quickly as my stomach started churning. I quickly hopped out of bed and ran to the bathroom, slamming the door behind me as I hurried over to the toilet and started getting sick. I heard the door open and close again as Lee walked up behind me, and grabbed my hair.

I stood up a few minutes later and flushed the toilet, before heading over to the sink and splashing water on my face.

"This is so embarassing!" I whispered.

"It happens to the best of us, but you are never drinking that much again."

"I'm never drinking again period!" I sighed, standing up straight and drying my face in the towel.

Lee enveloped me in a hug and I buried my face in his chest, wrapping my arms around his waist.

"Thanks for being here for me last night, after everything that happened."

"I love you and will always be there for you." Lee said.

"Can we talk about last night later? I'm too hungover to talk right now." I asked.

"Absolutely. Let's go lay back down, until we have to head to the arena."

No more drinking for me.

We arrived at the Mohegan Sun Arena, in Uncasville Connecticut later that afternoon. I was feeling so much better, I was just a bit tired and had a tiny headache, but the vomitting stopped earlier in the morning and the asiprins and water were really helping the headache that I had.

I walked into the backstage area and to the room where Lee was sitting by himself and playing guitar and singing quietly. I walked in and he stopped singing and playing when he saw me.

"Katie and me are going to head out and do some signings, if you wanna come." I told him as I smoothed out outfit"I'm not going to stay out too long because I'm not feeling too well."

"Yeah, I'll meet you guys out there." Lee nodded and pushed his guitar aside.

"Okay." I smiled and started heading out of the room.

"Maris!" Lee called out, before I left.

I turned around and looked at him. He waved me over and I walked over to him and sat down next to him on the couch as he patted the empty spot for me.

"What's up?" I asked.

"I am so, so, so, sorry about everything that happened last night and it's killing me that I did and said any of that shit to you." Lee said as he leaned foreward, resting his elbows on his knees and looking down at the floor.

"I'm not going to lie hearing you say all that crap really stung. You are the last person I would expect any of that from, so coming from you made it a million times worse." I looked over at him and reached over, placing my hand on top of his arm. "I understand you were drunk and high and got pissed off, so you said things you don't mean, but that doesn't make any of this hurt less."

"I'm so stupid for smoking."

"Why'd you do it?" I asked.

"Because in high school it took my mind off all the problems I was having with getting suspended and kicked out of school, so I thought since I am stressing out with everything that it would maybe relax me, but I was wrong. It made me feel guilty that I did it. It wasn't fun like it used to me."

"I think someone has grown up a lot from his high school days." I smirked.

"I'm never doing that again. I'm such a idiot."

"You are, but we all do stupid things." I whispered, leaning my chin against his shoulder. "I'm sorry for slapping you, I should have never hit you. It wasn't right."

"I deserved it." Lee smiled.

"Maybe, but it was completely out of character for me. I'm sorry." I leaned in and kissed his cheek. "I never want to fight with you like that again and I never want to drink another drop of alcohol again."

"Yeah, please control yourself next time. I have to say I didn't enjoy being on drunken girlfriend control. Cleaning up throw up and almost getting taken advantage of by a drunk girl isn't fun." Lee laughed and finally looked up at me.

"I feel like such a slutty drunk." I laughed.

"You're my slutty drunk."

"You're my idiot and I love you."

"I love you too." Lee leaned in and brushed his lips against my, before pulling back suddenly. "You did brush your teeth after your last vom fest, right?"

"Shut up and kiss me!" I laughed, pushing the back of his head so he kissed me.

"Did you?" He mumbled against my lips.

"Yes." I smiled.

After some signings outside and the Meet and Greet with the fans, I was relaxing backstage before I had to get ready for hair and makeup. Katie, Didi, Siobhan, and me were all gathered in the girls dressing area on our laptops of phones.

I was sitting on the couch, my feet rested on the coffee table that was set up in front of the couch. My laptop was rested on my lap and I was on my twitter account, tweeting for the fans just to see how everyone was doing. It was a fun way to keep in contact with the fans and during my free time I would have little Twitter Parties and answer a few of the thousands of questions that the fans tweeted me. It was always fun to do.

"I missed you slap Lee last night." Siobhan spoke up.

"There really wasn't anything to see, we got in a argument and things escalated to places they shouldn't have gone. We both said and did things that we didn't mean." I answered her calmly, because I knew she was just trying to get a rise out of me.

"I don't think he deserved being smacked though." Siobhan said.

"Oh he totally deserved it." Katie said.

I smiled over at her and she smiled back. No matter what that girl always had my back and sometimes I think if she wasn't here, I would have gone completely nuts. Didi is an amazing girl too and one of my really good friends, but her and Siobhan are like best friends, and eventhough Katie is good friends with Siobhan she will always take my side in a non bitchy way. Let's just say if Katie wasn't here I would be hanging out with the guys much more, because they were all some of my best friends.

"Nobody deserves to be smacked."

"Siobhan, I am going to say this in the least bitchiest way possible, but please butt out. You don't know what went on last night." I told her.

"That came off pretty bitchy." Siobhan said.

I shrugged and closed my laptop and placed it on the couch, before standing up.

"I'm a nice girl, but you make me a bitch with your sarcastic, annoying comments." I responded.

"Whatever. I think it's clear that we hate one another." Siobhan said.

"I don't hate you, but I will never be friends with you. You pulled way too much shit have my trust."

"I don't want to be friends with you. I have eight other people here who are great friends and who do you have? Katie, Lee, and Andrew! Everyone gets annoyed, because you constantly follow Lee around like a lost puppy. It's quite comical, because clearly he isn't in it as much as you are."

"What the hell is your problem?"

"He doesn't follow you around. Listen he is feeding you all this I love you crap, because he wants to bang you and once he does he will throw you to the side and go after the next girl." Siobhan smirked and I rolled my eyes.

"What is with all this hositilaty between you two?" Didi questioned.

"You are honestly obsessed with Lee and me! It's getting weird."

"Honey, not everybody is obsessed with you. Clearly America isn't, since you didn't even win the damn thing."

"Yeah and I will take that comment lightly since the girl who got kicked off way before me is saying that! Might I add the girl who is bitter because she didn't make it further and she thought her crap didn't stink and that she was going to be in the finale. Worked out well for you, didn't it?" I asked.

"Alright, I think we all need to calm down a bit." Katie interuppted.

"That was kinda a low blow." Didi said.

"And telling me that my boyfriend only wants ass from me isn't?" I looked over at Didi, "Please don't choose sides if you don't want to get in the middle of this."

"I know that I am right and you will find out sooner or later and I will be in the corner laughing saying I told you so." Siobhan gave me a grin, "It's not like you really know how to pick the guys anyone. You were with a guy who beat your ass and another guy who just wants your ass."

"You bitch!" I yelled, as I started walking towards her.

Katie jumped up and pushed me back, before either one of us could make contact with eachother.

"You honestly need some anger management!" Siobhan laughed.

"What the hell is going on in here?" Kim asked, running into the room.

"Keep her away from me!" I said, pointing at Siobhan. "I want nothing to do with her anymore. I hate her and if she says one word to me I swear!"

"I didn't do anything." Siobhan said.

"You go outside and cool down a bit." Kim said, giving me a stern look. "We can't have you screaming at people. It makes you look bad."

"She started it." I said.

"Just go." Kim snapped, pointing to the door.

I scoffed and stormed out of the room and down the hallway. I walked into the guys dressing area and saw them all sitting around, talking and laughing with one another. I stopped walking when I heard Casey mention my name.

"Have you finally gotten any yet?" Casey asked.

"Not yet." Lee sighed shaking his head, "That girl is one big tease. She'll only go so far and then stop and I can see where she is coming from, because he ex-boyfriend is a jackass, but I'm a guy and can only take so much. It's like cold showers every morning."

"That sucks." Andrew laughed.

"It doesn't help that she is so hot too."

"Seriously, you are discussing this with everybody?"

"Maris." Lee said, as he turned around.

"This isn't embarassing." I said sarcastically, more to myself then to anybody in the room.

I rolled my eyes and walked out of the room, completely embarassed about what he was talking about. Was it really a big deal that I had some morals and didn't rush into bed with him and it makes me mad because he feeds me all this bull on how he doesn't care about waiting.

"What the hell is your problem?" I heard Lee said, as he followed behind me.

"Siobhan is right." I turned around, tossing my hands in the air. "You're only with me because you want ass."

"Am I missing something, because if I was with you because of that I would have left you by now for lack of it."

"Why is this whole sex thing so important to everybody?"

"I don't know." He shrugged.

"I'm sorry I'm just beyond pissed at Siobhan right now and I took it out on you." I sighed.

"What happened now?" Lee asked.

"She just likes to throw things in my face and make me feel like crap and I know she is one of your best friends, but I actually can't stand her and want nothing to do with her anymore." I crossed my arms over my chest.

"You two have some serious issues with one another." Lee smiled.

"Tell me about it. I tried to work things out, but she makes it damn near impossible."

"Come here." Lee grabbed my hands and pulled me to him, wrapping his arms around my neck.

"Is this whole sex thing really a problem?" I asked softly, laying my cheek against his shoulder.

"I mean if you were to ask me to have sex I would, but it's not a problem and I don't want you to feel like you have to do this so people stop talking."

"I'm ready." I told him, running my hands up and down his back.

"Don't get drunk next time." He smirked.

I laughed and buried my neck in the crook of his neck and kissed him there lightly.

"Thank you for being paitent." I mumbled.

"This just better be worth it." He teased and kissed the side of my head.

"I still don't know what I would do without you or Katie here." I said, "I can't stand Siobhan and have never disliked somebody as much as her. It's a shame, because she seems so cool around you all and with me it's like she constantly has to start something."

"I don't know what her deal is, but you guys can't keep fighting like this. You have two monthes left with one another."

"Tell her that." I sighed.

"You are so friggen stubborn, babe." Lee pulled away from me.

"You're one to talk." I looked up at him.

"Just please refrain from punching her or doing anything else." Lee smiled at me. "You hit pretty hard for a little thing, my cheek still stings."

"Don't make me feel like shit." I laughed.

"I'm kidding." Lee laughed and kissed my forehead. "Relax and let everyone say what the hell they want. We know the truth and that is all that matters."

Lee made a really good point. I couldn't keep letting people get to me. It wasn't healthy.

It had been a couple days since my blow up with Siobhan and we were both avioding one another the best we could. It was kind of hard when we had to share a bus and whenever we hung out in groups, we were near one another. We would make small talk, but nothing serious. Just civil towards one another and that was it.

We were in Hershey, Pennslyvania on a off day. It was Aaron's hometown show and we spent the day with his family, who couldn't be on the tour with us and we had a great time. His family is just as sweet and awesome as he is.

Now, it was later at night and everyone opted to go out and I decided to stay in for the night with Lee and just have a movie night. He was in New York all day today and he was tired, so I opted to be a good girlfriend and keep him company and also I was still in recovery mode from my last night out. I don't need to party for a long time.

I walked into Lee's hotel room, dressed in my pajamas and my hair pulled back into a messy ponytail. Lee was laying on his bed, talking on his phone. I dropped the couple of dvd's that I brough over onto his bed and he sat up and started sorting through them and gave me a look.

"Alright mom. I gotta go, but I will call you tomorrow." Lee said into the phone. "I will be good and will tell Maris to keep me in line."

I laughed and sat down on the foot of the bed.

"I love you too. Bye."

He hung up the phone and placed it on his nightstand and I smiled at him.

"You are such a Mama's boy! That is just too presh." I laughed.

"I'm not a Mama's boy. Calling my mom once a day does not make me Mama's boy." Lee rolled his eyes and ran his hand through his hair.

"I love you too Mommy. I wish you were here to tuck me in a read me a bedtime story." I teased him.

"You think you are so funny, don't you?" Lee asked, trying not to smile.

"A little bit." I smirked.

"Okay, let's discuss these movies you brought here!" Lee said, looking through them all again. "What the hell is this sh!t? These are chick flicks."

"You got to pick last time and you made me watch Shawshank Redemption for the hundredth time."

"That's a good movie!" Lee said, getting defensive.

"It is, but you made me watch it a thousand times with you! It gets boring after a while." I said as I grabbed Sex and the City from the pile of dvd's.

"I can't believe you are making me watch this crap! I swear I am going to have to check to see if I still have everything down there when this is over, because you can't get much more girly then Sex and the City." Lee mumbled to himself, "I am so whipped."

I rolled my eyes and bit back a laugh as I popped the dvd into the dvd player and walked over to the bed. I grabbed the rest of the dvd's off the foot of his bed and placed them on the nightstand. Lee grumbled as he adjusted to get comfortable on the bed.

"I'm sorry. Do you want me to call you mommy and maybe she can bring you some Barney to watch?" I teased.

Lee grabbed my waist and pulled me on top of him. I laughed and he looked up at me, wrapping his arms around my waist.

"You're really asking for it."

"Am I?" I asked.

He nodded and leaned down pressing his lips forcefully against mine. I brought my left arm around his neck, and slide my left hand up his black tee-shirt, running my hand up and down his back. I broke away a few moments later, both of us breathing heavy.

"How much longer till Andrew comes back?" I asked.

"A hour or so."

"Is that enough time?" I asked softly.

"What do you mean?"

"I'm ready to do this, if you are."

"I was born ready to have sex with you." Lee smiled and I rolled my eyes, "Are you sure you are ready though?"

"Positive."

"Honestly, if you are uncomfortable at anytime or something just let me know. Please, don't just do this because you feel the need you have too." He said, running his hand through my hair and looking down at me.

"I can my own decisions and I am ready for this. You love me, right?" I asked.

"Absolutely. More then you even know."

"And you'll never try and hurt me."

"Of course not."

"Then I want to do this. I love you, Lee and I trust you. I want to do this with you. I promise you that I wouldn't do this if I wasn't comfortable with taking it to this level." I said, placing my hand on his scruffy cheek and leaning in closer to him.

"Just promise me that if you are uncomfortable at any time you will tell me." Lee said.

"I promise."

He leaned back down and crushed his lips against mine. I ran my hands down his sides and to the hem of his tee-shirt. My hands were shaking as I broke away from this kiss and pulled it off his body, tossing it across the room.

"You're shaking." Lee said, grabbing my hands and steadying them.

"I'm fine." I groaned.

"Fine. I just don't want you regretting this."

"Just shut up already." I said, pulling his head back down

Did I doubt doing this at all? No. Was I nervous? Hell yes.

I felt his hands slid up my shirt, his warm hands against my skin and his lips ran along my jaw and down my neck. I pushed him away quickly and he lifted his head and looked down at me, with lust in his eyes. I let out a shaky breath.

"I don't know what I am doing." I whispered, leaning up on my elbows. "I've only been with one guy before and it basically him doing everything against my will. I don't want to disappoint you."

"You're not going to disappoint me. I'm not really that hard to impress." Lee smiled, and brushed a piece of hair behind my ear.

"If I suck at this, please don't dump me." I said.

"If you suck then we will have to practice." He smiled.

"Perv." I laughed.

"Are you ready now?"

"Yeah, sorry. This isn't really romantic." I scoffed.

"Who needs romance?" Lee shrugged.

I laughed softly and laid back down as he went back to kissing me.

I walked back into my hotel room, later that night. Katie was back and sitting on the bed, typing away on her laptop. She glanced up as I made my way into the room.

"How was date night?" Katie asked.

"Good." I smiled, biting my bottom lip.

"What did you guys do?" Katie said, giving me a awkward.

"Eachother." I answered quickly, then covered my mouth as Katie's eyes widened. "Wow! I said that in my mind and it just came out."

"You and Lee did it?"

"We did and I was so nervous and I don't know why I was. It was perfect and it wasn't just sex, there was so much more then that." I said, flopping down on my bed.

"I don't really want to know details, but I'm glad it all worked out for you." Katie smiled.

"Me too." I nodded. "And he didn't dump me, so it didn't go too bad for him."

"Well, I am happy you two finally sealed the deal." Katie laughed.

"It wasn't some hook up." I laughed.

"Sorry, I'm glad you two made sweet, sweet love. Now, go get married and have good looking Asian, Greek, and Irish babies that can sing and play guitar."

"Back up there, killer." I laughed.

I headed off the stage after sound check the next morning, when Kim called me over. I walked down the stairs and headed over to the empty arena floor, where she was sitting in the front row. I pulled my earplugs out of my ears and took my guitar off my shoulder.

"What's up?" I asked as I sat down in the empty chair next to her.

"Jen just gave me a call and said there has been a change in plans with everything regarding you singing the national anthem at the game in a couple days." Kim said, giving me a serious look.

"Did they cancel on me?" I scoffed.

"Not quite." She smiled and placed her hand on my shoulder, "They rescheduled and want you to sing at tomorrow's game instead of the 19th. We have an off day and everyone will be in Manhattan and then we are going to take the buses to Albany after the game."

"What time is the game?" I questioned, feeling the butterflies in my stomach.

"It's at 1, but you need to be there by 11 and then you will be singing around 12:50."

"Wow! I thought I was going to have sometime to let this whole thing set in, but now I am being thrown into it."I gave her a nervous smile.

"You'll be fine. You have been performing for thousand of people these lat couple of weeks, you can do this with flying colors." Kim assured me, as she squeezed by arm. "Besides, you have our support. I know Katie, Andrew, Mike, and Aaron are all coming to see you. The others have meetings with labels and Lee is going to be in the studio."

"Okay." I smiled and stood up from my seat. "This is going to be fun, but I may vomit before I sing."

"Relax." She laughed.

"Thanks for the good news!" I gave her a thumbs up and laughed.

"Is everything alright with you and Siobhan?" She asked out of nowhere.

"We'll never be friends, but we're civil towards one another right now."

"Just don't go charging her again. I don't want to have to break up any chick fights."

"It won't happen again." I laughed.

"You're a pain in my ass, you are lucky I love you guys because you all drive me up the wall."

"I love you Kim!" I bent down and wrapped my arm around her neck, hugging her tightly.

"Go away." She pushed me, playfully.

I laughed and headed backstage, handing one of the stage hands my guitar and earplugs.

"You get yelled at by Kim?" Lee asked, as he came walking down the hall towards me.

"Nope. It looks like I will be singing the National Anthem at tomorrows game instead." I gave him a small smile.

"Seriously and I'm not going to be able to be there for it!" Lee sighed.

"I know. Who's going to calm me down as I am freaking out beforehand?" I asked, placing my hands on his waist.

Ever since the Hollywood round, when I frist met Lee. He has been the one person who could calm me down, as I was freaking out before hitting the stage and now I was going to be singing in front of a packed stadium of people and not to mention the guy I have had a celebrity crush on since I was six years old, Derek Jeter and Lee wasn't going to be there for me.

"You can call me."

"I'll just take some comfort in my man Derek Jeter." I smiled.

"Wait until I meet Joss Stone."

"You already did and chickened out."

"I hope you mess up tomorrow." He placed his hands on y shoulders and smiled.

"Real nice." I laughed.

"Seriously, if you start freaking out you can always call me and I will try and answer it and I'm going to have Andrew or Katie record you, because I don't wanna miss this."

"They can't record when or if I meet Jeter, that maybe some x-rated material." I teased.

"It took me how long to finally have sex with you, but it would take that man a day?" Lee smirked.

"I've been crushing on him longer." I teased and brought my arms around his neck. "I would throw away my morals for him."

"I'm gonna have Mike keep you guys away from one another."

"Baby, I don't think he is interested in a 21 year-old girl. He's 36 and has girlfriend."

"What do you do, stalk this man?" Lee teased.

"Indeed." I tilted my head to the side and smiled.

"You creep."

"You love me!"

"Sometimes." He teased.

"Ditto." I reached up and planted a kiss on his lips. "Go and do your sound check."

He kissed my cheek and hurried off to go get ready.

I was sitting on the couch backstage with Ryan, Andrew, and Katie. It was a couple of hours before showtime and I was waiting for my call to get my hair and make up done, so I used my down time to check up on my twitter account and tell everyone what was going on with my day. It was a cool way to keep in touch.

"Oh my gosh!" I said, reading through my twitter mentions.

"What?" Katie asked.

"Joey created a twitter and now he is mentioning me in basically all his tweets." I said, looking up from my computer.

"What the hell is he saying?" Ryan asked, standing up from the chair and walking over to me.

"He is telling the world how he is my ex-boyfriend and basically airing out all the dirty laundry of our relationship."

"What? That he beat your ass and took advantage of you?" Andrew said, clearly getting pissed off by everything.

"Nope, but he is telling everyone how he is still in love with me and how I cheated on him severla times, which isn't true." I said looking over at them. "He's also telling everybody how he took my virginity away from me and making up sh!t about Lee and me."

"People aren't going to believe him." Ryan said.

"They already are. He's out sabotaging me." I slammed my laptop shut. "Can I get something done about this?"

"I don't know." Andrew shrugged, wrapping his arm around my shoulder.

"Don't let Lee find out about this. Do not say anything." I said, letting out a shakey breath.

"He's going to eventually fine out." Katie said.

"Just please, not yet! I don't need him starting anything and making everything worse."

"I swear I am going to kick this kids ass!" Ryan said.

"He's out to get me. He knows Lee and me are together now and he wants to ruin everything, because he is jealous about everything. He has serious issues and needs help." I rambled.

"We love you booboo!" Andrew hugged me.

"I love you guys too!" I said, wrapping my arms around Andrew and Ryan.

"Let me join the hug!" Katie said, running over and squeezing between Ryan and me, wrapping her arms around my waist.

"Just please don't say anything to Lee." I said.

"This kid isn't going to win in the end." Andrew said.

I knew things were going to get ugly if Joey shows up at the concert in New Jersey. He was going to have to get through Andrew, Ryan, Mike, and an angry Lee, which is never good.
